Chargrilled Grapefruit and Rose Honey Martini

METHOD
When cool place the grapefruit into the glass of a Boston shaker and muddle with the vodka. Add the rose honey and shake vigorously with ice. Strain into a chilled martini glass. Makes 1 drink
