A lot more goes in to your morning cuppa than you might initially realise.
Champions of beautifully brewed, Fairtrade coffee, Kokako, have teamed up with photographer and Dish contributor Josh Griggs to present The Story of your Morning Cup: A photo essay by Josh Griggs. This visually stunning body of work showcases 20 images, each a rare and telling insight into the coffee education projects led by Fairtrade in Papua New Guinea.
While it goes without saying that we're big fans of Josh's work here at Dish (you might recognise some of his food photography in the magazine and on our website), this incredible series of portraits and documentary photography is not to be missed, and marks the start of Fairtrade Fortnight at Kokako Organic Coffee's new roastery in Auckland's Mt Eden.
Guests will be treated to a selection of Fairtrade drinks and scrumptious delights thanks to Kokako, Fine & Dandy Tea, All Good and Almighty.
Please note, this is a BYO cup event., please use public transport if possible,
