Le Diner en Blanc Auckland

Don't miss out on your opportunity to enjoy a glamorous moveable feast.
Tipped as the most elegant dining experience of the year, the annual Le Diner en Blanc will return to Auckland this March.
Inspired by the original Parisian picnic, Le Diner en Blanc bears a relatively young history here at home, now in its fourth consecutive year in Auckland. With attendees invited to dress in white, those with a penchant for the finer things in life will come together, equipped with a bountiful picnic basket for an evening of fine food and great company.
This year, the House of Perrier-Jouët have partnered with Diner en Blanc to add an extra element of glamour to this ever-growing event. Diner en Blanc is a perfect chance for guests to enjoy a beautifully orchestrated outdoor picnic with live music, entertainment and dancing.
Guests are invited to pack their own picnic, tables and chairs, or opt for the catered meal alternative.
To secure your tickets to this year's event on Saturday, March 4, visit Le Diner en Blanc website here.

We start by sharing what’s on the dish team’s radar, what we’re watching, listening to and reading. Harry Butterfield puts a twist on his Nonna’s agnolotti, Malissa Fedele reminds us of the importance of fibre, and Phoebe Holden fulfils a long-held dream, sitting down with Yotam Ottolenghi. Autumn is an abundant time, we make the most with pumpkin, kūmara, cabbage, cauliflower, feijoas, apples and pears. We’re dishing up dinners for two, including a Chicken Dumpling Lasagne, alongside easy weeknight meals. We honour our mums, revisit timeless classics, and add a little baking challenge. This issue, we encourage you to slow down, to enjoy writing your shopping list, and spending time in the kitchen. Because even when life feels relentless, there’s always space to share something delicious.
