This fresh, sweet tipple is making a comeback. Enjoy it alongside crackers and camembert.
Serves: 1
INGREDIENTS
50ml Smirnoff Vodka
50ml cloudy apple juice
5ml fresh lemon juice
thin slices of apple, to garnish

METHOD
Pour the vodka, apple juice and lemon juice into a shaker, along with plenty of ice. Shake to chill, then strain into a chilled martini glass shaker and garnish with a thin slice of apple.
