Adopt your very own Olive Tree

Telegraph Hill are giving you the chance to adopt your own Olive Tree and receive its produce twice a year.
Telegraph Hill is offering the chance to adopt your own gorgeous olive tree and receive all its produce as it grows quietly in sunny Hawke’s Bay with your name on it.
Twice a year, you'll get a package with all the produce from it delivered to your door – you get to dunk bread in your own olive oil, or eat olives from your very own tree.
What’s more, you can visit your tree as often as you like. Bring a picnic, whisper some encouraging words to encourage it to grow.
An Olive Tree makes a unique Christmas or wedding day gift too – it's a great idea to have up your sleeve over the festive season.

For $130 per adoption year you will receive:
- Adoption certificate, introductory letter & photo of your tree
- September package (three bottles of olive oil)
- March package (six pouches of olives)
- Unlimited visits and the first right of renewal on your adoption.

We start by sharing what’s on the dish team’s radar, what we’re watching, listening to and reading. Harry Butterfield puts a twist on his Nonna’s agnolotti, Malissa Fedele reminds us of the importance of fibre, and Phoebe Holden fulfils a long-held dream, sitting down with Yotam Ottolenghi. Autumn is an abundant time, we make the most with pumpkin, kūmara, cabbage, cauliflower, feijoas, apples and pears. We’re dishing up dinners for two, including a Chicken Dumpling Lasagne, alongside easy weeknight meals. We honour our mums, revisit timeless classics, and add a little baking challenge. This issue, we encourage you to slow down, to enjoy writing your shopping list, and spending time in the kitchen. Because even when life feels relentless, there’s always space to share something delicious.
