Maison Vauron Rosé Market Day

Rosé-lovers rejoice, Maison Vauron are celebrating your favourite French drop this November.
If you have a penchant for blush pink, European-style rosé, you'll be pleased to learn that the team at Maison Vauron French Wine Merchants just so happen to share your passion.
Come Saturday, November 11, Maison Vauron will open their doors to an afternoon dedicated to your favourite summer drop. There will be more than 20 different rosé varieties on offer to sip and savour throughout one unique wine-lovers' day out.
Alongside all of that beautiful French wine, visitors will be treated to the culinary offerings of Crêpe Creations, Gaston Rotisserie organic chickens, L’Authentique sausages and a flavoursome spread of La Fromagerie cheese and gourmet morsels. There will also be gorgeous spring blooms and flower workshops on-site thanks to Vida Flores.

We start by sharing what’s on the dish team’s radar, what we’re watching, listening to and reading. Harry Butterfield puts a twist on his Nonna’s agnolotti, Malissa Fedele reminds us of the importance of fibre, and Phoebe Holden fulfils a long-held dream, sitting down with Yotam Ottolenghi. Autumn is an abundant time, we make the most with pumpkin, kūmara, cabbage, cauliflower, feijoas, apples and pears. We’re dishing up dinners for two, including a Chicken Dumpling Lasagne, alongside easy weeknight meals. We honour our mums, revisit timeless classics, and add a little baking challenge. This issue, we encourage you to slow down, to enjoy writing your shopping list, and spending time in the kitchen. Because even when life feels relentless, there’s always space to share something delicious.
