Lime dressing

INGREDIENTS
3 tablespoons fish sauce
3 tablespoons lime juice
2 tablespoons sweet chilli sauce
1 tablespoon canola oil
1 teaspoon soy sauce
1⁄2 teaspoon sesame oil
1⁄2 teaspoon caster sugar
1 clove garlic, finely chopped
METHOD
Whisk the dressing ingredients in a small bowl and taste. Adjust with more fish sauce, lime juice or sugar if required.
