Blarney Stone
This Irish whiskey based cocktail is perfect for St Patrick's day celebrations.
Makes: 1 cocktail
INGREDIENTS
60ml Irish whiskey
30ml freshly squeezed lime juice
ginger beer, chilled
two lime peels
METHOD
Add whiskey and lime juice to a cocktail shaker and fill with ice.
Shake until well chilled - about 15 seconds.
Place a large cube of ice in a glass. Strain the whiskey and lime mix into the glass.
Top with ginger beer and garnish with the two lime peels.
