Amaretto Macchiato

INGREDIENTS
30 mls Amaretto liqueur
15 mls lightly whipped cream
30 mls espresso or freshly brewed strong coffee
toasted almond flakes
METHOD
Pour the Amaretto liqueur into a shot glass. Sit the cream carefully on top to create a layer. Pour the coffee into the glass, marking the surface of the cream. Garnish with almond flakes. Makes 1 drink
