Voyage Water named Best Sparkling Water 2020

Kiwis are no strangers to being world champions and now we’ve made a splash at the most prestigious water tasting awards on the planet.
Voyage Water has been named Best Sparkling Water 2020 at The Berkeley Springs International Water Tasting competition by a panel of 12 certified water tasting judges no less.

Not bad going for a drop that only launched in February (exclusively for the hospitality in industry). The elegant, fresh, lightly carbonated water can credit its success to the integrity of its journey from source to bottle. Voyage, which is sourced at Te Waihou’s Blue Spring and bottled at a constant 11°C, boasts Cradle to Cradle™certification, ensuring each step of the process protects its origins.
Now that’s what we call a très bon Voyage. Look out for it at a restaurant table near you.

We start by sharing what’s on the dish team’s radar, what we’re watching, listening to and reading. Harry Butterfield puts a twist on his Nonna’s agnolotti, Malissa Fedele reminds us of the importance of fibre, and Phoebe Holden fulfils a long-held dream, sitting down with Yotam Ottolenghi. Autumn is an abundant time, we make the most with pumpkin, kūmara, cabbage, cauliflower, feijoas, apples and pears. We’re dishing up dinners for two, including a Chicken Dumpling Lasagne, alongside easy weeknight meals. We honour our mums, revisit timeless classics, and add a little baking challenge. This issue, we encourage you to slow down, to enjoy writing your shopping list, and spending time in the kitchen. Because even when life feels relentless, there’s always space to share something delicious.
