Valentine's Day at Mondays Wholefoods

Fall in love under the stars with an intimate evening at Mondays Wholefoods.
If the thought of trying to secure a dinner reservation on Valentine's Day makes you squirm, why not consider a slightly more intimate affair? This year, Mondays Wholefoods in Auckland are celebrating the most romantic day of the year a little differently.
Catering to an intimate group of 15 couples in their gorgeously green courtyard, Mondays' chefs will host a vegan al fresco dinner party for one night only, boasting four divine courses of canapés, entree, main, and dessert.
Each course will be matched with natural, vegan, biodynamic and organic wines, with tickets strictly limited to 30 people.
To avoid missing out, be sure to secure your table early and spoil your beloved with a guilt-free date night, see Mondays Wholefoods website for more details.

We start by sharing what’s on the dish team’s radar, what we’re watching, listening to and reading. Harry Butterfield puts a twist on his Nonna’s agnolotti, Malissa Fedele reminds us of the importance of fibre, and Phoebe Holden fulfils a long-held dream, sitting down with Yotam Ottolenghi. Autumn is an abundant time, we make the most with pumpkin, kūmara, cabbage, cauliflower, feijoas, apples and pears. We’re dishing up dinners for two, including a Chicken Dumpling Lasagne, alongside easy weeknight meals. We honour our mums, revisit timeless classics, and add a little baking challenge. This issue, we encourage you to slow down, to enjoy writing your shopping list, and spending time in the kitchen. Because even when life feels relentless, there’s always space to share something delicious.
