The Food Show Wellington

Don't miss out on your chance to head along to Wellington's premiere food event this May.
The capital's incredible produce will be on display this May at Westpac Stadium during The Food Show Wellington.
The now well-established event promises to introduce local foodies to fantastic food, home-grown producers and artisans, boutique wine and craft beer, with plenty of info-tainment to boot.
In keeping with previous events, cooking demonstraitions by some of the country's most reputable chefs – including Annabel Langbein, Simon Gault, Michael Van de Elzen and Annabelle White – will take place throughout the weekend in the Cooking Theatre.
Be sure to head along to this year's three-day event, scheduled to kick off on Friday May 26, and visit the team at the Dish stand to ensure you go home with a delicious goodie bag.

We start by sharing what’s on the dish team’s radar, what we’re watching, listening to and reading. Harry Butterfield puts a twist on his Nonna’s agnolotti, Malissa Fedele reminds us of the importance of fibre, and Phoebe Holden fulfils a long-held dream, sitting down with Yotam Ottolenghi. Autumn is an abundant time, we make the most with pumpkin, kūmara, cabbage, cauliflower, feijoas, apples and pears. We’re dishing up dinners for two, including a Chicken Dumpling Lasagne, alongside easy weeknight meals. We honour our mums, revisit timeless classics, and add a little baking challenge. This issue, we encourage you to slow down, to enjoy writing your shopping list, and spending time in the kitchen. Because even when life feels relentless, there’s always space to share something delicious.
