With wines from the renowned Nautilus Estate the good times will certainly flow along with a delectable truffle-based menu and the evening will be one to remember for years to come.
At $195 per head, the evening is guaranteed to be a birthday party to delight in. dish Editor Sarah Tuck will be on hand, along with the dish team, as we raise a glass to each other – and to you, commemorating 20 years of beautiful recipes with many more to come.
