Cloudy Bay Brings Signature Dining Experiences to Wellington and Christchurch

This winter, iconic New Zealand winery Cloudy Bay invites guests to be part of something truly special: a series of intimate, chef-led dining events in Wellington and Christchurch, designed to capture the essence of the rich culinary spirit of each region.
Each event offers guests the chance to savour a selection of Cloudy Bay wines, including rare back vintages and bottles from the exclusive Founders’ Cellar collection, indulge in exceptional cuisine, and connect over memorable, meaningful moments. In true Cloudy Bay style, food and wine lie at the heart of every gathering, with each detail thoughtfully curated to deliver a world-class experience—a celebration of taste, place and connection.
Each location brought to life by the vision and talent of its acclaimed chef, with bespoke menus designed around the wine menu delivering a unique dining experience rooted in place, season and passion. At Boomrock in Wellington, Chef Vic Hughes will present a bold, seasonal menu that celebrates the region’s finest local ingredients and reflects the venue’s striking coastal surroundings. In Christchurch, Chef Jimmy McIntyre will curate a refined, produce-led offering at the historic Otahuna Lodge, inspired by the estate’s gardens and his commitment to elegant, locally sourced cuisine.
