Te Kairanga Estate Pinot Noir Rosé 2025

The Te Kairanga Rosé is a delicate pale pink, the perfect companion for warm summer days and lively al fresco dining.
Dry, focused, and effortlessly flowing, it delivers bright notes of fresh strawberries and cherries, all carried on a silky, creamy texture. Balanced by a crisp, refreshing acidity, this rosé is both vibrant and elegant, making it an ideal match for food—especially seared salmon. With its clean finish and summery charm, this wine promises to elevate any sunny afternoon or relaxed evening meal.
Established in 1984, Te Kairanga is an important part of the Martinborough wine story. Their home vineyards are planted on land that was originally owned by the founding father of Martinborough, John Martin. While their land is steeped in history, their winemaking is very much focused on the future.
Visit The Runholder, home of Te Kairanga this summer. Taste the Te Kairanga range and feast on a menu celebrating local produce in the restaurant.

We start by sharing what’s on the dish team’s radar, what we’re watching, listening to and reading. Harry Butterfield puts a twist on his Nonna’s agnolotti, Malissa Fedele reminds us of the importance of fibre, and Phoebe Holden fulfils a long-held dream, sitting down with Yotam Ottolenghi. Autumn is an abundant time, we make the most with pumpkin, kūmara, cabbage, cauliflower, feijoas, apples and pears. We’re dishing up dinners for two, including a Chicken Dumpling Lasagne, alongside easy weeknight meals. We honour our mums, revisit timeless classics, and add a little baking challenge. This issue, we encourage you to slow down, to enjoy writing your shopping list, and spending time in the kitchen. Because even when life feels relentless, there’s always space to share something delicious.
