Win tickets to an evening on ice with Celsius and Taylors Wines

Taylors Wines is offering dish readers a double pass to Celsius - an invite-only temperature-themed evening on ice.
Beat the summer heat and join Taylors Wines' Justin Taylor for a very special four-course dinner and wine tasting on ice where you'll stimulate your senses and challenge your perception of wine.
This special event calls for Kiwis to improve their wine experience by chilling their reds and slightly warming their whites - advice that may shock some wine drinkers. Taylors has now provided Kiwis an easy way to ensure you're drinking wine at the right temperature thanks to its Optimum Drinking Temperature touch-activated sensor on its Estate and Promised Land ranges. This sensor uses colour coding to determine whether your wine is too cold, too warm or just right for serving.
Valued at $360, the tickets to this exclusive event include entry, a bespoke four-course dinner, and a temperature-themed wine tasting, set in the middle of an ice rink. Extra surprises will be sprinkled throughout the night too.

We start by sharing what’s on the dish team’s radar, what we’re watching, listening to and reading. Harry Butterfield puts a twist on his Nonna’s agnolotti, Malissa Fedele reminds us of the importance of fibre, and Phoebe Holden fulfils a long-held dream, sitting down with Yotam Ottolenghi. Autumn is an abundant time, we make the most with pumpkin, kūmara, cabbage, cauliflower, feijoas, apples and pears. We’re dishing up dinners for two, including a Chicken Dumpling Lasagne, alongside easy weeknight meals. We honour our mums, revisit timeless classics, and add a little baking challenge. This issue, we encourage you to slow down, to enjoy writing your shopping list, and spending time in the kitchen. Because even when life feels relentless, there’s always space to share something delicious.
