Win a Chimichurri sauce pack from Salsa Brava

We're giving away 20 vegan, gluten free, and all natural Christmas packs from Salsa Brava!
Salsa Brava recreate and share South-American and Latin food recipes in New Zealand with ethically sourced ingredients and packaging. Their goal is to add value and healthy products for kiwis with new exotic flavours.

Their first sauce is Chimichurri, a classic Argentinian sauce made with finely-chopped fresh herbs, oregano, garlic, chilli, oil and vinegar. It is traditionally used to dress grilled meats, and the combination of fresh parsley and oregano give the sauce a lusciously herbaceous flavour, while the red pepper flakes bring a hint of spice. It pairs perfectly with roasted and grilled meats, and is also good for dressing salads, for marinating a roast or to spice up your morning eggs.
It's highly versatile, and can be used in nearly any dish, plus the sauces are vegan, gluten free, made from all natural ingredients, with no Preservatives, no GMO, and no added Sugar.
dish have teamed up with salsa brava to give away 20 packs of their Christmas box containing 2 bottles of Chimichurri sauce – one mild and one medium.

We start by sharing what’s on the dish team’s radar, what we’re watching, listening to and reading. Harry Butterfield puts a twist on his Nonna’s agnolotti, Malissa Fedele reminds us of the importance of fibre, and Phoebe Holden fulfils a long-held dream, sitting down with Yotam Ottolenghi. Autumn is an abundant time, we make the most with pumpkin, kūmara, cabbage, cauliflower, feijoas, apples and pears. We’re dishing up dinners for two, including a Chicken Dumpling Lasagne, alongside easy weeknight meals. We honour our mums, revisit timeless classics, and add a little baking challenge. This issue, we encourage you to slow down, to enjoy writing your shopping list, and spending time in the kitchen. Because even when life feels relentless, there’s always space to share something delicious.
