WIN an ET VOILA! Pâtisserie Kit

ET VOILA! Pâtisserie kits have officially landed in New Zealand and are here to make French pastry fun and accessible through their all-in-one cake kits!
Gaëlle and Adam, the co-founders are a French couple who moved to Auckland back in 2020. Upon moving to New Zealand, they noticed that it wasn’t easy to bake their favourite French cakes as the essential ingredients were often not available from a single grocery shop.
With a passion for French baking and the desire to share it with others, came the creation of ET VOILA! – an all-in-one DIY pâtisserie kit.
Each kit includes all the finest pre-portioned dry ingredients and baking moulds to prepare one classic French pastry. All you need to get yourself is common staple ingredients such as eggs and milk.
By following the illustrated recipe card, you will be assisted step-by-step to succeed in your preparation while enjoying a fun baking experience!
Being mindful of their impact on the environment, all kits are composed of fully recyclable & compostable materials.
To celebrate the launch of ET VOILA!, we have three pâtisserie kits to give away:
1. Marble Cake

2. Chocolate Delice

3. Almond & Pear Tart

We start by sharing what’s on the dish team’s radar, what we’re watching, listening to and reading. Harry Butterfield puts a twist on his Nonna’s agnolotti, Malissa Fedele reminds us of the importance of fibre, and Phoebe Holden fulfils a long-held dream, sitting down with Yotam Ottolenghi. Autumn is an abundant time, we make the most with pumpkin, kūmara, cabbage, cauliflower, feijoas, apples and pears. We’re dishing up dinners for two, including a Chicken Dumpling Lasagne, alongside easy weeknight meals. We honour our mums, revisit timeless classics, and add a little baking challenge. This issue, we encourage you to slow down, to enjoy writing your shopping list, and spending time in the kitchen. Because even when life feels relentless, there’s always space to share something delicious.
