No-Distresso Martinis
Whether you like the classic, a retro nostalgic vibe or one with a piratical twist, we have three takes on an Espresso Martini that will see you right - choose whichever works with your palate, and the contents of your liquor cabinet!

INGREDIENTS
Classic:
40mls Vodka
20mls Kahlua
20mls Espresso
2 coffee beans
Nostalgic:
40mls Baileys
20mls Vodka
20mls Espresso
2 coffee beans
Seafarer’s:
40mls Dark rum
20mls Kahlua
20mls Espresso
2 coffee beans
METHOD
Once you’ve chose which version you’re going to make, half-fill a cocktail shaker with ice cubes. Add the remaining ingredients except the coffee beans. Shake really well and strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with coffee beans to serve. Each recipe serves one.
