Orange Cinnamon Margarita
Serves: 2
INGREDIENTS
90ml 1800 Reposado Tequila
ice
30ml orange liqueur
20ml lime juice
100ml fresh squeezed orange juice
10ml simple syrup
equal parts finely ground cinnamon and castor sugar, to dip the glass rims
dehydrated orange slices, to garnish
METHOD
Add 1800 Reposado Tequila, orange liqueur, the juice and simple syrup to a cocktail shaker, fill with ice and shake vigorously.
Pour into two short tumblers that have half their rims coated with cinnamon and sugar coating. Add more ice and garnish with dehydrated orange slices.
