Seedlip Spice Hibiscus Margarita
Made with Seedlip Spice 94 & Agave Syrup, our Hibiscus Margarita strikes a sophisticated balance of sweet & spicy flavours that are complimented by a Sugar-Salt rim & warm Star Anise.

INGREDIENTS
60ml Seedlip Spice 94
15ml Agave Syrup
30ml Hibiscus Tea
7.5ml Fresh Lime Juice
Glass & Garnish
Ice
Star Anise
Spiced Sugar/Salt Rim – combine 4 tablespoons Kosher salt, 2 tablespoons granulated sugar and 1 teaspoon each ground cinnamon and nutmeg.
METHOD
Lightly muddle all the ingredients in a shaker.
Add ice and shake and strain over ice.
Garnish with a star anise and a half-rim of spiced sugar/salt.
