INGREDIENTS
90ml Jose Cuervo Tequila
ice
30ml Limoncello
lemon slice
1 teaspoon crushed cucumber
chilli flakes
equal parts fine salt, caster sugar, and finely ground chilli, to dip the glass rims
mint
METHOD
Add Jose Cuervo Tequila and Limoncello to a cocktail shaker, fill with ice and shake well to combine.
Run a slice of lemon over the rim of two martini glasses and coat each with spicy sugar and salt rim coating. Strain the mixture into the martini glasses and add a teaspoon of crushed cucumber and a sprinkle of chilli flakes. Garnish each cocktail with a mint leaf.
