Escea: Bringing people together

Nothing brings people together quite like food and flames. Now Escea has found the perfect way to combine them both with the EP1350 Fire Table.
Inspired by a campfire, the Fire Table provides a 360 degree cooking experience. Simple to start and easy to to use, everyone can cook their food the way they like.
It's been designed so that there's less smoke and more flame. No need to worry about the flame heating up your drinks while cooking, the table comes with a built-in cool-touch feature. While the fire is going, the outer ring of the table will be cool enough to rest drinks, food and arms on. Once you've finished your meal you can replace the cooking grills with wood, creating an outdoor fire.
There are three cooking modes to choose from – an inner stainless steel ring for consistent medium heat, a removable kebab holder and a grill.
Whether you're cooking a grand meal for friends, a simple family meal or a romantic dinner for two, we have dishes that were made for EP1350 Fire Table. The below seven recipes – that each have barbecue and grill cooking components – are perfect for the Fire Table.
- Chilli and Garlic Prawns
- Cheesy Grilled Vege Skins with Guacamole
- Barbecued Hoisin Glazed Pork Ribs
- Grilled Capsicums with Spiced Buckwheat
- Grilled Eggplant ‘Bruschetta’
- Halloumi and Nectarine Skewers
- Elotes Callejeros Street-Style Chargrilled Corn
