Monique Fiso has spent the last seven years honing her craft in some of New York’s top restaurants, many of them Michelin-starred. During F.A.W.C's Winter Series, she'll host a one-off class where you'll learn to cook and plate up like a pro.
She’ll share insights into Michelin-level cooking and demonstrate two recipes that you can cook in your own kitchen, before giving the all important plating up tips. As an added bonus, the Sileni winemakers will be on hand to show you how to match the menu to the perfect wine. The ticket price includes the cooking class, two glasses of wine and menu tasters.
