Nespresso’s Ispiriazione Italiana coffee range pays tribute to Italy – the masters of innovation and quality – and its diverse coffee culture. It delivers a range of distinct flavours inspired by the rich, coffee roasting traditions of the distinct regions of Italy: Arpeggio (Florence), Ristretto (Italy), Napoli (Naples), Kazaar (Palermo), and Venezia (Venice), along with Livanto and Roma.
These specially crafted coffees capture the essence of each inspired city. Go on, treat yourself with an Italian inspired day - whether you prefer a morning Double Espresso Chai Latte with Kazaar, or a decadent Hazelnut Mocha with Napoli, these recipes will be sure to delight.
Morning Moment
Elevate your morning coffee moment with a Double Espresso Chai Latte featuring Kazaar.
Ingredients:
- 15ml Chai Syrup
- 2 x 40ml Kazaar
- 150ml milk of your preference
- Ground Cinnamon to garnish
Method:
- Pour 15ml Chai Syrup into bottom of VIEW Recipe Glass.
- Extract 2 x 40ml Kazaar into glass.
- Pour 150ml hot frothed milk over top.
- Top your Double Espresso Chai Latte with a dusting of ground cinnamon to garnish.
Afternoon Moment
Indulge in a Honey & Almond Cappuccino featuring Venezia as an afternoon treat.
Ingredients:
- 10ml Honey
- 40ml Venezia
- 100ml Almond Milk
- 2.5ml Almond Essence (1/2 tsp, 2.5ml)
- 10g Toasted slivered almond
Method:
- Roughly chop 10g toasted almonds into slivers.
- Pour 10ml Honey into bottom of VIEW Cappuccino Cup.
- Extract 40ml Venezia over top and leave for 15 seconds to allow the honey to melt into the Espresso. Stir to combine.
- In your milk device, add 100ml almond milk and 2.5ml almond essence and froth on frothiest setting.
- Pour hot frothed milk over top of espresso and honey.
- Top with slivered almonds.
Indulgent Moment
Finish off the day with a decadent Hazelnut Mocha featuring Napoli.
Ingredients:
- 1 Tbsp Hazelnut Spread
- 40ml Napoli
- 100ml your preference of milk
- 30ml Whipped Cream
- 1tsp Chocolate powder
Method:
- Place 1 tbsp of Hazelnut Spread at the bottom of VIEW Lungo Cup.
- Extract 40ml Napoli directly into cup over hazelnut spread.
- Pour 100ml hot frothed milk into cup.
- Top with generous dollop of 30ml whipped cream and dust with chocolate powder.
