Drop of the Day – Jules Taylor's Grüner Veltliner

As we welcome in spring, we are loving Jules Taylor's delicious Grüner Veltliner. Jules describes this cool climate Austrian variety as “Imagine the lovechild of Riesling and Pinot Gris – what’s not to love?”.
Layered and creamy with softened acidity and nutty nuances, this wine has delicious lemon, white peach and green apple flavours and a dry palate. Take Jules’ advice and give Grüner a go!
