Be in to WIN a Table for Two at our latest Dine with Dish Event

We're back with another epic Dine with dish event and this time around, we're heading to one of our fave Japanese restaurants, Azabu Ponsonby alongside Empirical Wines for an exclusive one-night event.
The Wine
Empirical wines are limited and usually only available in Savor venues. The combined knowledge, passion and complete freedom to make wines in a style reflective the talented teams’ vast experience, results in truly exquisite, limited-edition wines that showcase the very best of the vineyards they are from.
The Food
Darren Johnson, Executive chef of Azabu, has designed a menu that brings back Azabu classics such as salmon tiradito and lobster tostadas alongside new and current dishes; Takoyaki Octopus, ginger miso chicken and Yakiniku sirloin with Japanese chimichurri.
And for one lucky dish reader, we have two tickets to give away. Simply enter your details in the form below.

We start by sharing what’s on the dish team’s radar, what we’re watching, listening to and reading. Harry Butterfield puts a twist on his Nonna’s agnolotti, Malissa Fedele reminds us of the importance of fibre, and Phoebe Holden fulfils a long-held dream, sitting down with Yotam Ottolenghi. Autumn is an abundant time, we make the most with pumpkin, kūmara, cabbage, cauliflower, feijoas, apples and pears. We’re dishing up dinners for two, including a Chicken Dumpling Lasagne, alongside easy weeknight meals. We honour our mums, revisit timeless classics, and add a little baking challenge. This issue, we encourage you to slow down, to enjoy writing your shopping list, and spending time in the kitchen. Because even when life feels relentless, there’s always space to share something delicious.
